Portrun Development Association are holding an event to mark Heritage Week 2025. It will look at St Diarmuid (540AD) and the strong connections he had to Portrun Bay and also to one of the local islands on Lough Ree, Inchcleraun or what is more commonly referred to as Quaker Island, this Island is one of the largest Islands on Lough Ree.
Event must be booked in advance.
Mainly outdoor event, dress for conditions.
